- Baking soda 1 tablespoon
- Water 1 teaspoon
- Bandage
Combine water to a mentioned amount of baking soda powder. Mix it until it forms a paste and make sure that the paste must be in thick consistency. Spread the thick baking soda paste on a bandage and use this bandage above the area of the body that is affected by the splinter. Tied the bandage and make sure it will remain there undisturbed for at least 10- 12 hours.
Gently remove the bandage after some hours; It is possible that the splinter maybe visible by sticking out of the skin or it may be removed out of the skin without being visible. Use the tweezers to pick up the splinter and gently rinse the skin with anti-bacterial soap and warm water. If sprinter does not removes out after this treatment then apply the baking soda paste again on a new bandage for next 24 hours. This time the remedy will work for you to draw out the splinter from your skin without causing any pain.
