Baking Soda Gargle Sore Throat

A sore throat is a painful condition that can make it’s difficult to swallow everything that we eat and make the process of swallowing simply painful.  There are many conventional throat sprays and lozenges that may relieve a sore throat, but sometimes it is recommended not to use chemical products for many other reasons, like pregnancy or breastfeeding. Besides the side effects, these ready-made treatment products are quite expensive as well. So today, we are here to give you a magical solution with the use of a natural kitchen staple and that is baking soda.

Baking Soda Gargle Sore Throat:

 Salt Water for Gargle

Salt water is very helpful in removing mucus and other substances from the throat, and it is very effective to stop bleeding.

Things we will need:

Simply dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in 1 cup warm water and mix it properly until the salt dissolves completely. Gargle for at least 30 seconds, and then spit it into the sink. Avoid swallowing the salt water mixture. It will be better to repeat the process once an hour until the soreness is gone or to continue this until bedtime.

Baking Soda for Gargle:

Sodium bicarbonate or baking soda is the best natural ingredient that we can use for treating the sore throat. Soda is an acid neutralizer and forms an environment in the throat that’s hostile to yeasts.

Things we will need:

Mix 1 teaspoons of baking soda in 1 cup water and mix it completely.  Gargle for at least 30 seconds, then threw it into the sink. Avoid swallowing this mixture as swallowing baking soda inside the stomach will never be a good decision and it can cause in stomach acid. It will be better to repeat the process once an hour until the soreness is gone or to continue this until bedtime.

Saltwater and Baking Mixture:

Mix the entire ingredient together and stir it until completely dissolved. This baking soda remedy is very effective in treating the sore throat. This is one of the best magical solutions for relieving the pain in minutes. It will be better to repeat the process once an hour until the soreness is gone or to continue this until bedtime.
